Or, if you email h2g2DOTsupport@bbcDOTcoDOTuk with all the details you can remember from your old account - the U number, the email address, the titles of some of the entries you wrote - then they can sort it out

If it's an old account which hasn't been in use after the last big SSO change (in 2004?), I think there's no way of reactivating it. But maybe the entries could be transferred to the new account.

The account name is Old Net Lunatic (an anagram of my name). The number was 181848. I would very much like to have the account transferred across, particularly in view of my Ian Fleming article has also been published elsewhere and it coming high on searches too.
