Now, your User Space is next - this is your 'home' on h2g2 where you get to tell people about yourself by either using plain text or Guide ML - the Guide's very own markup language.

Well thanks for the kind and warm welcome.. Its nice to have finally found a place where I can put my rantings into some form of recognizable writing, where I can just be myself! And as I see from your letter you took the time to actually read what I have wrote (or at least some of it) and I thank you for that too. In answer to your question : How did I burn a salad?
I have no idea really, but I think I might have used a flammable salad dressing and put it in a metal bowl on the hot stove. A long complicated string of events really, mostly random coincidences, but hey! It was funny! Not one of my smartest moments mind you.

I could only imagine your accident to be something to do with a chemical reaction with vinegar or something, but it's still very bizarre - I thought it was funny when my youngest sis asked me how to boil an egg!

You know whats even funnier is that I had to think about that for a second before I got it...*sheepish grin*
