Also, what about additional threads?

Will you be in charge if others want more, or will you allow them some leeway?

It can get quite messy if a newby comes in and begins adding lots of other threads if the game goes a little quiet.

I will allow other threads but only if they're essential to the game. If somebody is just creating threads for the sake of it that won't be allowed

So you must make is clear that all additional threads are to be discussed in the OCC thread first.
