Well, that's horrible. Not the first such case I have heard of though. About 10 years ago I coordinated the horse interests SIG for American Mensa, and members were constantly sending in news items, some of which were in this vein. I'll go look more closely at the site later, and see what happened to the "owners".
I am experiencing a sudden cutback in h2g2 as well, as a major project suddenly becomes gnarly. Fascinating but gnarly. I hope you're doing well too!
