Any news from the buffalo shop? If you have a real difficulty, I could always special delivery some for you to try - I've recently re-stocked my freezer; and the shop is only half an hour away, so I could get some fresh pre-packed and send you one to try.

Kind thought Scorp, but risky , with the post strikes.Prof: sent me something recently and it took 2 weeks to arrive.Luckily, it wasn't perishable
