Not really no, but have you ever tried cuddling a penguin? Don't think it would be very pleasant! 
Well you named my fish and I had to think of what went with Roy. Renee (as in Roy and Renee from The Fast Show) is the best I could come up with!

OK, I'll let you off then! Penguins are cuddly though, especially the babay ones, they're all fluffy!
