Hi
Clarissa Posted Feb 8, 2005
Have read it - you have more faith than I do...
Besides which I have never seen so much backbiting and pettiness in my life since the announcement of the closure. So many ego trips - something I have been accused of because I was doing my damnedest to keep GW alive. No, ego trips are not my style...
No longer even sure I want to be a part of GW anymore. Mach was right - they ARE a crummy lot except for a very few.Just calling that thread Mach's death and burial after he had gone to the trouble and expense of making the Save GW CD, that really made my blood boil, which is why I got in touch with him in the first place. You, Chris G. who has my infinite admiration, Cadwallon... And PenJen who has been superhuman in her efforts...
And all of us have had our share of insults, nastiness etc. Not sure it's worth it anymore.
Clarissa -
decidedly despondent tonight and wanting to fly away beyond the universe: JLS influence - your doing...
Hi
genieronhiles Posted Feb 8, 2005
Ha... then you either read the book wrong or you've lost your memory coz JLS never gave up pushing and even suffered the 'slings and arrows' of Exile yet still wanted to 'see' and when he did 'see' not even Death could touch him and he came back to teach and inspire so that we could all 'try' to inspire while we still have breath
Reminds me of a God I worship
(don't say, "Yes, Ron, I'm aware of that!")
Hi
Clarissa Posted Feb 8, 2005
I guess I prefer exile and will forfeit "the second coming" but I guess I want to "see" new horizons....
Hi
genieronhiles Posted Feb 8, 2005
It is my humble opinion that we are living through the 'Second Coming' so we just have to hang on, love
Hi

Clarissa,
Do you know how to save all your 'work' and your 'conversations' to your hard disk? Only asking because you have had some massive inputs into this site and you deserve to keep them forever.
Love
Ron
Hi

Nah, I remember the good times very well, Ron. Like I said I am grateful to GW if only for having given me the poss. of meeting someone like you...

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
