A gun is better protection from all kinds of assault, or a large dog. Sweaters are so easily removed, ripped off

Guess you should know! Can't see me with a gun somehow "Clarissa, Get Your Gun" instead of Annie?
Now they've gone on to Viennese Waltzes - a waltz by Joseph Lanner...
Makes me think of Ella and "give me a waltz by Strauss!

Jarvi has changed to allegro now.
Joan Southerland is being honored at the Kennedy center - incredible soprano! But my favorite is Renee Fleming (excuse my not putting the l'accent aigu on the 'e')

How does that make me a chauvinist? If I were to say that Renée is my favorite because she's beautiful then I would concede a little chauvinism on my part. . .damn, I just said it, didn't I? I admit I'm partial, but only because Renée performed on the LotR soundtrack.
