You're name 'Musashi' got my attention. Is it named after Miyamoto Musashi the legendary Japanese swordsman?

it certainly is, amazing man.
and himura is the name given to shinta (or kenshin) in the rourouni kenshin manga series
have you read the guide entry on him? its even better then the stuffs i had read before

No, I havent read the guide yet. I have read a book by Eiji Yoshikawa called Musashi...its a top book, you should get a copy.
