I did not wish you to think that I was ignoring your response addressed to me. Only minutes ago I unsubscribed to that conversation for the simple reason that a particularly annoying 'fish in a barrel' had returned and I had some time ago sworn to myself that I would not waste my ammunition should that fish again swim into sight. I have better things to spend my time with (Chianti and various Burtons come immediately to mind). As far as I'm concerned, the conversation on that thread has been, sadly, ended by that particular piscine return.

I hope (oh, look, an atheist with hope! The Pope is an idiot!) that you will either have the patience of Job or the wisdom of Solomon in dealing with that little fish, which, unlike that of Tobit, has not swallowed a single thing of value.

Think nothing of it. I think she has scuttled back behind her baseboard again. Perhaps there is a chance (if not an actual hope) of resurrection. Of the thread, that is.

Just thought I'd mention it, but in the absence of a certain member/troll, the Dawkins thread seems to have revived. She pokes her antennae into the conversation from time to time, but she is summarily ignored and the thread looks healthy again.
