Hi Ridpath,
Lil asked me to advise you on this, so I'll do my best

Basically it says there are three things you can do, depending on how much needs updating:
You can add a sentence by using the conversation attached to the bottom of the Entry.
You can add a paragraph or similar by contacting Editorial Feedback.
Or you can do a total re-write (see the UpdateForum for how to do this).
