sad.
Posted Jul 19, 2007
Well after my moan yesterday...
sad news a friend died..it was in his sleep.. I guess that is something to be thankful for.. he wouldn't have known anything about it. Don't know exactly what killed him yet ... i suppose it will have been a stroke or a heart attack .. but he was only just into his 60's if that..
I only heared at about 9 last night... id only been talking online to him a few days ago..
grief hasn't really hit yet I just feel a bit lost and empty .. shock !..i expect the real sadness will come when hes not in the chat room I use, when hes not at the events we used to see each other at.
He was a very nice ordinary , kind man ..
Ill always remember his twinkling eyes and his dry humour.. he could soooooo laugh at himself he KNEW he could be grumpy,( a sweeter victor meldrew), but he'd smile aboutit ..
soooooooo I cant sleep so thought Id come and write.. sometimes it helps.

bad nights sleep and feeling grumpy... feel like just hiding under the duvet for the day but hey that wouldn't REALLY be me.. mm doesn't quit so easily.. well not just yet anyway.
Had a visit to see a disability equipment place yesterday to see what there may be to help me cope... Great! lots of lovely shiny stuff.. lots I could really use BUT ALL to be paid for ... and at the mo I cant afford it !
GRRRRRRRRRR woe is me...
Sooooooooo I am going to go and wander up the road get some fresh air and try and wake up... then probably I'll come back feeling a bit chirpier and go hunting in the freezer for something to eat..
lol hope so anyway cos right now Im even pissing myself off.
