To hell with choices... What's the point, anyway? I'm a determinist!

*Yawns*
Well, that's that.
Finished painting and fixing up all the little things that had long awaited repair around the house; finished battling with the endless bureacracy back at the Faculty to set my next semester schedule to something at least vaguely possible to attend (in terms of time-space limits), even though it means a *purrrfect* start for may day having to wake up at 5am to be on time for Laboral Law... I am sooo going to regret that...; also finished tunning the bike's engine, and that should guarantee at least a couple of blocks of smooth, relaxed riding.

So, the only thing left is to do is to waste the final days of my vacations mumbling about them being, well, the last days of my vacations. smiley - erm Sadly true.
I guess I'd better spend as much time as I can catching up on some of my reading, 'cause once the term gets started there won't even be time left to read the instructions on the cereal box. Blast, another six months before I can finally get my paws on Moorcock's End of Time series.

And then there's that dreadful project I've been trying to ignore until now, alas, I won't be able to put it off anymore. This is the last chance to present the subject for the final grade project and i'm as clueless as I was six months ago. smiley - wah And I stubbornly refuse to accept going about on yet another soppy crap about laws and neglected childhood or battered women. Not that those are not real issues, is just that everything that had to be said has being said, but no-one has paid any heed; plus, there seems to be little receptibity to the idea of re-institution of torture, and of banging reincident battered woman on the head with a frying pan hoping that will set their brains back to work.
Intenet and Copyright seems to be a topic with possibilities.
So does homo marriages, but it will be quite hard to find a tutor for that one in this macho society of mine.
Aw, hell. I'll just have to get reaaally drunk and hope that some illumination comes out of it. Or flip a coin. smiley - biggrin

Ok, ¿Who was the funny one that did the Rain Dance with Ricky Martin's background music...?

Let it rain... Let it rain... Let it raaaain...

Brr... Eight months complaining about the dry weather and all of the sudden *blast!* enough water pouring down all at once to sink down a medium sized island.
Probably has something to the with the inminent arrival of the long-awaited May 1st holiday. smiley - magic Well, I guess clouds have got to vacationate somewhere and this place is as good as any.

All things considered, it's somehow an improvement: places will be less crowded, and the *splash* of curtains of water pouring over the sea is quite satisfactory - even if it does make sailing a bit of an embarrasment - besides, it neves ceases to amaze me to actually feel *cold* in the sea-shore... smiley - biggrin

Someday I will figure out how in the nine hells does there always end up being more water inside than outside the tent!! And I have made a note not to buy *any* bag that say Water-Proof on the package. That is a sure guarantee of damp underwear. Their "Hermetism" sure is a mistery to me, I wonder if Crowley ever wondered about that one... Probably did, leaks must have been rather common in those days.
