Sláinte, a chairde...
Posted Mar 24, 2005
To each and every one of you...
May the words rise up and meet you,
And I'll be there, somewhere
On a moonbeam, party swing
Rainbow care.
Thank-you sweet souls
for the love and the dance
for the music and the laughter
For giving me a chance
To write words, read in awe
Hugging thoughts, sewing threads
May the Gods fire your hearts
And bless all your beautiful heads...
Thank-you all.
Ina grá,
Jen

(I swore that I'd never use this thing but just feeling as if I've lost touch with a lot of you, especially the 'Purple Parkers', and more recently, the 'N. Ireland Group'. ).
Just a wee note to say that I haven't forgotten any of you nor am I ignoring the reading or reviewing of your works. I know I've made promises to a certain few and I will honour that as soon as.
Sometimes I read and don't have the time to comment or want to think longer on it.
(Or I'm too busy elsewhere, then chatting here, carrying on; or I'm a wee bit tipsy, a little hazy and well, basically lazy).
Lately I'm only about in the wee small hours when the rest of you are curled up in dreams and I get distracted and lost in all the little corridors. Blame the other mad insomanics!
But, rest assured - I'm of a more disciplined mind this week and will be calling around because I WANT to and not because I feel I ought to.
So get the damn china out, a few bottles of plonk and that easy chair with a fat cushion and I'll be there.
Gotta dash now, but just wanted ye's to know...
Jen

Phew!
PS: Did ye know that there are no links for 'blobbies' on the Journal entry? Well imagine a few hugs, kisses, winkeyes, laughs, tongue-outs, big grins, some beers and a wee mad one! Tá!
