I feel really sad - can't believe it's the last night.

Am getting , well sort of, the hang of things in here now. Had some of the best critiques ever on a couple of pieces.

I am mostly on Great Writing nowadays where I am a mod. It's been slow going in there but it's picking up now. There are some pretty fine pieces of work there and the chance to win a holiday in France just by posting some work.

Hi Spidey!

Am I REALLY in h2g2???? This is my second wee post and not sure if it'll get through or not!

Lovely to see ye in here though, it's weird though. Really miss GW, but I'm between MR and WD. All my friends are scattered about and some have quit the boards completely which is the worst part. Thankfully I'm on email with some of them.

What's this place 'Great Writing'? Wouldn't mind having a wee peek. Can you give me a link. Could do with a wee holiday. hell even a weekend down the road to my folks in country!

And yes - PARTY! to organise for sometime for the end of the summer - DEFINATELY!!!

As for Mod status, didn't really want to become one on either site, but makes sense to on MR as will be managing the new Book Reviews section among a few other things - links to authors etc...

Anyway, must batter on.... things to do, bits to write and it's my turn to make the dinner this evening.
(The Chippy it is, then!)

Catch you both somewhere soon. Gawd, it's like a frigging maze or jigsaw puzzle trying to figure out where I've been. Will have to cut back on the amber glowers then...

Still small, lot of the members are not ex GWers which is nice. It's starting to get going a bit now. Very good standard of writing.
