Hey Jen,
I will be doing an open mic reading on the 16th of this month. I posted part of what I plan on reading in the poetry boards. It's called "Dedicated to Sean Dunne". It's not very long. If you could give it a peek, I'd appreciate it.
Congrats on the editor's pick. Strange that the stuff they pick is rarely an example of the author's style. Ah well, better some recognition than none. Plus, you deserve it.

Yep, I caught a read of it earlier when I signed in and will leave comments on it and the other piece. Had intended to visit the Carson boys for a read later on anyway.

Thanks on the thanks, but it was not a piece I was too enthused over to be honest. Would have warranted more 'joy' if it had have been for a poem. Ach well, was a lovely wee honour for the Christmas break.

And if you have the chance would you read my last two poems 'Secret Town' and 'Are We History?' as I'm thinking of doing something with them and i appreciate your fedback, time permitting of course. They are quite familiar, as in same theme, but are really quite 'real' and 'personal' ones.

Trust you and family had a good year and what about those 'Jev. Wit's', eh?!
