Fer Chrissakes, do we have a lot of stuff to crit, or what?! The organization of the task is enough to make me want to back out

Anyhoo,
I wrote a new one, called "Almost Like a Mistress". It's in the short story boards. Please read (when you get a chance), and tell me what you think. I like it, myself, but am unsure of it as it is a bit different from my typical 'voice'

Well, I've now done the scoring deed. took about an hour as had to quickly click in again to see what story was what. All very high standard, wasn't altoghethre a rushed job or easy. About half the participants have posted up scores already. too soon yet to define the front-runners. I do know I haven't got a hope in hell anyway!

I did notice that you have a new piece up and I will read it over the w'end. Been off the boards nearly 2 days and I seem to have so much to catch up on; leaves little time to do any writing myself, plus I have about 5 pages of messages to shuffle through. AAAGGGHH!!
Geezus, I need a break from this place. Seems worse than work at times! Have a cool w'end and ctch you later.
