Hi PenJen
Still lurched somewhat by your “Bus Stop,” wasn’t sure what to say but that’s what I came here for (to learn how to say stuff proper). The writing gave a real 45 degree camera angle on that, brilliant execution. The material I can only express sincere concern and sympathy while suppressing my (gut) reactions to such a story.
I noticed Dublin by the date, you might be interested that I attended Dalkey school near Dublin in the 60’s before moving back to England, sadly I have forgotten most of the Erse I learned.
Mark
Thanks

Mark,
Thanks for all your kind and comforting remarks. Much appreciated. Was a long time ago. I am fine about it now. If anything, it has made me more aware of my mind, body, soul. More aware of what I want and don't want. Made me who I am...
ANYWAY -
I'm from up North, yet spent 4 mad years in Dublin as a student. I loved it there, learnt more of life than of college! Been to Dalkey once, beautiful place by the sea if I remember, (and I also remember it was about 3 in the morning! )
Did you grow up there as a kid? Or have you some good old Irish blood in ye?
Thank-God you said 'Erse' and not 'Arse'!
I was always crap myself at Irish in school, but have retained the classic and token ones of value.
An bhfuil mé go dtí an leitreas, le do thoil?
Can I go to the toilet, please?
Póg mé thón! Kiss my ass!
Crab suas! Feck off!
And the rest.
Thanks for dropping by, here's a pint of the good stuff .
'Tis good for ye and full of protein!
Catch you soon,
Slainté! Cheers!
Tá! Thanks/Yes!
Jen
