PenJen,
Thank you for the review of my Poem. I thought it right that I leave a message to thank you, and to tell you that I really did think Bus Stop was amazing. Indie told me to read it and when I did SLAP! right in my face.
I love Poems that have a lasting effect on me (obviously) and your Poem can say that it did have a lasting effect.

Thanks for dropping by and for your honesty and lovely words. Much appreciated too.
Did read all the discussion, that followed on your poem, really intriguing and arresting stuff. Above my wee lapsed-Catholic head a bit, to tell you the truth. But I AM a FIRM believer in the cult-stock of self-belief and belief in tangible things rather than imaginary.
Although, let you into a wee secret - I DO believe in 'fairies', seriously! That in itself is 'Contradictory'! Another time perhaps!!

Why does everyone think I'm some mad, drunken, feckin', Irish, inso-manic?! Because just. 
Let you into a wee secret. I co-authored a local folklore book on fairies and superstitions back in '93. (Now out of print). We gathered a lot of our stories from the locals, a fascinating experience and you couldn't help but believe all their golden recollections, the myths and magic. Mind you, there were a few cantankerous auld fellas that we had to bribe with whisky before they would part with any information! And from that day forward, I have had a belief/interest in the 'wee folk' and their history and mythology. Nothing to do with religion mind and witchcraft a totally different thing. Not fond of that. No, no. So there you have it!
