Of course. "What a guy". His James Bond side really comes out in the opening credits of Series 7 episode 2 "Stoke me a Clipper", but he's very much a mixture of those three throughout. Unlike the snivelling Arnold Judas Rimmer we all know and ... know.

Arnold J. Rimmer is a second technician and second from the bottom of the crew list of a mining ship 'Red Dwarf', in the TV comedy of the same name. He dreams of Officership, and has many deep-seated neuroses. His worst memory concerns Gazpatcho Soup.

The 'Tounge-tied' opening is pure genius! The cat singing and dancing to a fast-paced comic love song with Lister and Rimmer as backing singers. It is hilarious! Type 'Red Dwarf Tongue Tied' in Youtube search. it really is great.
