Quite a good day thanks, though things move very slowly of course!
Spent a little time shopping in the nearby seaside town. There's a nice harbour that's quite busy at this time of year and is always pleasant to walk alongside.
It's been warm and sunny which suits me well! And sunny in my heart because of you!

ay!
I´ve been enroling my girl for next year in a swimming course. I think I´ll also join her. I´m out of shape, my body cracks whenever I have to walk much.
I´m lazy to do yoga at home, I have to take care about the position I do just in case I cause harm to my leg, that put me off. But I must try other positions, I´ll check in the web for some others more suitable to my situation now.
I´m looking forward to come back to normal life!!!

Yes swimming would be very good. I used to go regularly but am out of the habit now. I wish I could get back into it, I'm sure it would do me good.
You must take it slowly and take care of that leg until it's all put right. I do hope that will soon be all ok. Have you got the definite date yet?
