New Psi Abilities Added

Several new Psi abilities have been updated that should make things more interesting. A new character class will be added later on if things go well, as well as some new abilities and disabilities.

Chi Attacks Now In Dojo

I've uploaded the Chi attacks, for anyone using them. We need more, though, so if you have any suggestions, please feel free to submit them.
The basic weapon list should be up soon as well.

Updated the spell list by adding more Life, Water, Death, and Fire Spells. Will finish up with more Fire and Nature soon.
Added more disabilities. Corrected the requirements for Dark Vision.
