smiley - laugh Just keep your eye on what you want to achieve - and let me know if Eli *really* needs to say or do something. smiley - winkeye

Kyra

smiley - laugh Will do.

What do you want to achieve tonight? Get them to the I'quois settlement and let them have a meal and (if possible smiley - winkeye) a bath? smiley - smiley

Kyra

Sure, sounds good. Though I'd think a wash in a basin is they best they can hope for smiley - winkeye

Otus Nycteus

Oh, and how do the I'quois clean their clothes? smiley - winkeye

... in a beautiful pea-green boat.

Post 169

Kyra

smiley - laugh So many questions smiley - laugh Well, as they can't trade for water they won't have much - enough to farm and drink, but I'm guessing washing clothes is a rarity smiley - winkeye Maybe they go to a laundromat smiley - winkeye (get Hani or someone else who poses as someone from another tribe to take care of that stuff somewhere else)

smiley - laugh In other words, they're a smelly bunch... smiley - winkeye

Or maybe they wash their clothes at the same time they take a bath, and hang them to dry by the fire, or in the sun, while they sleep... smiley - winkeye

smiley - laugh I think sending someone away with their laundry would be a bit of a giveaway... Not exactly low-profile. smiley - winkeye

smiley - laugh Probably, I'd guess nomads generally are smiley - laugh

smiley - laugh I'm sure hygeine is as important to them as to anybody else - if and when they have the opportunity for it. smiley - smiley

smiley - laugh If you say so smiley - laugh

Hey, if you feel up to playing both sides, want to take a character? I'll still have Hani translate for most of the elders, but you can have one that speaks English if you want?

Post 175

Otus Nycteus

Not sure. Can I think about that, please? It would be a little like playing a game of chess against yourself... smiley - winkeye

... in a beautiful pea-green boat.

Post 176

Kyra

Yeah, I know smiley - laugh You could always have a younger tribesperson if you want, to talk to Kyra.

Maybe Tav or Mala would like to play some characters, when they're available to play again... smiley - winkeye

How long did the night on Beylix last again? smiley - smiley

... in a beautiful pea-green boat.

Post 178

Kyra

Yeah, maybe.

Um, 100 hours ... That's what, four days?

... in a beautiful pea-green boat.

Post 179

Otus Nycteus

Yes, four days and four hours. smiley - smiley Guess the I'quois should make sure Eli and Kyra get back to Woestijn before sunrise if they want to keep the location of their settelment a secret. smiley - winkeye

Kyra

Yeah, which means we'll have to fast forward the talks, especially as you're busy the next four days. We can say tomorrow that they've been talking for hours and have come to this this and that conclusion etc. The council is at Woestijn so they can do most of the arguing there when they get back.
