Hello dear !

In one of h2g2's thread, you wrote :
"I just finished reading "Life, the Universe, and Everything" for the first time today".
Well, never too late, and that might even save you from being Amrican ! smiley - winkeye

And I noticed the "for the first time", meaning you already understood that these can not just be read once. HHGG's trilogy is like that, as well as "Le Petit Prince", and the Kama Sutra.

Anyhow, hope you enjoy life !

smiley - smooch, if you don't mind being smiley - smooched by a big drag-queen... smiley - laugh

And I herebye thank you for... this opportunity to take my head out of my work for that five minutes it took me to write this message !
smiley - smooch again !

HONEY, YOU ARE SOOOO SWEET!!!

Thank you so much for that! You are right, there are books that can't be read only once. And somehow, each time that you re-read them, they reveal something new for you.

I haven't read le petit prince, or the Kama Sutra yet, but I think I'll give them a try (I was wondering what I would read next, I was thinking "Northanger Abbey", the only Austen I haven't read) after I finish "The Ultimate HHGG", which includes all six books in one. It's sooo heavy (even the paperback), I get an instant workout reading it on the train (I have to switch arms a lot). It just seemed like a good idea at the time of purchase...

I wish I could embellish this message with the same wonderful panache as you, but I haven't figured out the smileys yet!

Take care!

P.S. there's probably no salvation for me, I've been Americanized beyond repair!

P.P.S I know what you mean, at work I'm always sneaking into H2G2, it keeps me grounded and smiling!

Thanks again, CL! You're tha Bomb!!
