It's taken ages, and I've got a way to go but it's falling into place. Made a cafe yesterday - come and join us. If you click on my name where it says posted by Corrie, you'll go to my space. I am currently battling against a truculent terminal which keeps logging me out for no good reason, so I'll probably drop by your coffee bar on Sunday morning when there are more terminals to choose from here.

Just had my annual haircut (hair was very 'Bill Bailey looking' yesterday) in time for cousin's wedding tomorrow.

Very depressing in barbers, as the nice tattooed girlie doing the haircuts said she was born the year 'Starsky & Hutch' ended, so she doesn't know anything about the show!

Wedding was fab - held entirely at a local guest house with just 22 close family.

Classical piece played on CD as the bride entered, and Elvis as the register was signed

The reading was written by the bride's young teenage daughter which made it much more personal.

And big surprise to all: the March 13th date was chosen as it was exactly 30 years since my cousin first asked out his bride

Sounds like it was a brilliant wedding. I don't like big weddings at all. People spend too much money, worry and just get streeeeesed out.

There was only a handful and our wedding and it was lovely.
