Morning Jen
How are you feeling this morning? Is it stitches out today?
Can't settle to do anything at the moment. Peter is away and my Dad is due to have his operation today so I hope all goes well. Still a bit agressive on JV and DG seems a bit tetchy, but raised a smile! Got into a bit of a row on R2 but Jason and Nick agreed and Nick bless him paid me such a compliment, I was touched.
Must go and tidy up as a friend I think is coming over later if her appointment doesn't drag on.
Speak soon!
Helen

Hi Helen.
I saw somewhere you'd written that you'd had a bit of a nightmare on the R2 boards. What was the title of the message so I can have a look ?
Honestly, Helen, I can be so thick at times. I now realise the need for the housekeeping jobs. I see the S is here and so discretion is essential from now on !! Whoops.
Plus, Scott is about in many disguises isn't her ? Why does he bother when he clearly hates several radio presenters and quite a few posters. Did you see there was something nasty posted about Jason a couple of weeks or so ago. Obviously there were complaints so it was withdrawn.
I see PP has changed his page. I wrote a ridiculous message to him as well. I am sorry Helen. Usually when very good friends, and I include my sister, are one over the 8, we phone each other at odd times.
On Tuesday we always go out with 4 friends for a meal. This week we arrived early at the pub and I had 2 large wines on an empty stomach, then another drink, then another once we arrived at our place. I was not driving. But I had a laugh and it was all harmless.
Stitches out tomorrow, friday, at 9.10. It's my birthday on Monday !!
Today Buffs and I have been up to the Mall and bought some things which he cannot get on his own. I got some lovely undies in M & S, only spoiled by the transvestite called Rachael who served us. Don't get me wrong, I am not prejudiced, but he/she had great big ugly hands with chipped nail varnish. So, I shall have to wash everything through !!
I am not getting much change to be on the message boards as my husband has injured his back and so isn't golfing. As a result, I am not able to spend hours on the boards. He's out tonight with one of his friends, so I am making up for lost time.
Is your dad on the mend ? I hope so,
take care,
Jen

Hi Jen
What a week this seems to have been. My Dad had his op today, and according to the hospital it has been successful. I've been a bundle of nerves all day even though my friend came over and we went out to lunch. Peter doesn't get home until tomorrow night so I feel it's been an awfully long week.
Yesterday a neighbour from the corner of our road was broken into but nothing was taken. She came knocking at my door in tears to see if I'd seen anyone in her back garden, my front faces the back garden of hers with the street between. For one horrible moment I thought she was going to say that one of her children was missing, she has a toddler, but it was the patio door had been forced. Awful thing was, I had seen a man on foot walking towards the entrance of the close but didn't think to watch where he went. I've been extra careful with the windows since.
The post on R2 was Mark Radcliffe on, Tuesday I think, by Rich Dee. I was determined not to give in. I didn't see the post about Jason but I saw someone mention it. I don't know why the men have to be so aggressive. I don't know about you but I sense that they are trying to get at JV in a round about way now that they know it's no use in starting the hate messages.
Des McConn also had a go about S Maconie and I'm not sure if he isn't behind part of JV's aggro. I'm glad you got the gist of the messages! I couldn't think how to put it. I was in a bit of a panic. I also had an email from Neil. I must have a look at PP's page.
Sounds like you had the kind of night I could do with on Tuesday! I'm hoping to meet up with some friends from the airline soon and it is usually a good night. I laughed at your message so don't worry I've been thankful for them all this week. PP has been on form as well.
I cannot imagine what it must have been like in M&S! What did she sound like? I haven't seen any for ages. There used to be a couple of gay guys working on the refunds in ours but they don't have a separate counter for them any more so don't see them. I felt a bit odd if I was returning underwear and it was either of them on the counter.
Hope your husband's back isn't too bad. I'm sure Peter thinks I'm addicted to the boards so will have to watch at the weekends for a while!
Good luck at the dentists! Must go as starting to yawn!
Night night
Helen.

Oops, haven't replied to this one yet !
My husband's back is improving and he is managing to play just the 9 holes of golf some days. I get carried away once I get on the boards, so sometimes I just manage a quick peek.
The transexual (?) transvestite(?) in M&S is very tall, with a deep voice and huuge hands. It was a funny feeling watching my bra and stuff being checked over and folded by her!!
Touch wood, we have never been broken into. We did have an attempted burglary where the kitchen window and the patio doors had been attacked with a jemmy or whatever, but luckily the prospective burglar didn't manage to get in. At the back of our house we have a fence which backs onto a little walk-through (lane,) so anyone could jump over into the garden and not be seen.
Oh God, I wish I hadn't planted so many pots ! Watering is a real chore, plus we are on a water meter so am dreading my next bill.
Hope dad is recovering well. Helen, don't bother replying to this message as I have replied to the more recent one. Gets very complicated where I have several messages running in sync.
I am thinking about reducing my alcohol intake as well !!!
Jen
