I am so interested in making mosaics. I visited with my friend yesterday who makes stained glass primarily, although she has done some mosaics and I picked her brain about making them. I have a big patio in this new house and I want to have some mosaic-topped cabaret tables around. I think I am going to start first with a new number sign for my house. The current one is a piece of wood, painted white, with the number sort of scratched on. Yuk! Ugly! Now, a nice mosaic one would be beautiful! So I am off to design.
