I'm a lot better thanks. Not much damage done to myself. Snapped out of it soon enough.
Besides, I've been very good for a long time now, so I didn't really want to get this all going again...
Besides, I'm trying desparately to stop before I start scarring too bad.
I'll find some other way to cope. A better way.

its _great_ you are feeling better, I was really worryied about you

talking to people really helps (at least helped/helps me), especially when you are in that mood. There is some "satisfaction" in cutting loose and saying whatever one wants...... not the same as inflicting pain upon one-self but often helps take the "sting" of the craving.

oh and apparently we kinda scared SB when we talked about knives and cutting in my journal a few days ago

don't feel bad about it, I think she is ok, she just doesn't like the thought of pain (hehe she's so cute eh? ). She's just one of those people who have never intentionally hurt themselves
