Oh bugger...
Here's my day yesterday:
*wakes up in a nervous state and gets ready for work*
*ends up running really late due to lack of concentration on any sane thing*
*gets into car and swerves out driveway*
*decides I'm in no state to drive...*
MOM!!!
*finally arrives at work...still in nervous state*
*day passes v-e-r-y slowly*
16:00 PANIC!!!!
*frantically makes a phonecall that WILL cheer up...and it does...*
*immediately afterward feels like an idiot for waking someone else up just so I can babble nervously...*
16:30 In even less of a state to drive...but that's what mom's are for...
17:00 Arrives at Doctor Doom...
*panic...panic...panic...fear of doc's kicks in even more...BLOODY F*CKIN' PANIC!!!*
*passes out*
*hits floor hard *
*is woken up by Doctor Doom himself...AAAAAAARRRRRGGGGGHHH!!!!!!!*
*just over an hour and a half later, after having been made to run on treadmills, up and down stairs, pick up heavy objects from various angles, all while having electrodes strapped all over me...(they call it doing various kinds of ECG's - I'm not convinced)...having to strip for the doc (perverts that they are)... having m-o-r-e ultrasounds of my heart and lungs...other tests that freaked me out coz I didn't know what they were being done for....They let me out...*
So what is wrong then?
Well, from the initial tests done a couple of months ago, it was established that I have an abnormally slow heart beat that does not speed up. I have been told that this will stay with me for the rest of my life.
Oh well...
Now I have been told, that although my heart is abnormally slow, etc, it is otherwise fine. I do, however, have something known as "Muscular Skeletal some+other+long+scary+word+that+I+still+can't+remember Disorder". I called the doc today to try find out more about it, and he told me it is commonly known as "Straight Back Syndrome".
Bloody stupid name if I may say so.
It's kinda complicated to explain...and I don't exactly understand it myself...so if you're REALLY that interested in me you can follow this link and read about it: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?cmd=Retrieve&db=PubMed&list_uids=7267961&dopt=Abstract
It's only a short paragraph anyway - won't take you THAT long to read...
And this problem will be with me for the rest of my life too...
And I have to go for regular check-ups several times a year to make sure that it hasn't suddenly become a heart problem too...
Which is a good chance of happening...
And they are sending me in to the X-ray doc again coz they need x-rays of my cervical ribs and vertabrae...
Oh hell.

It takes time to get into your system.. and the new stuff is pretty quick in dispersing.. so if you miss one or two doses, it can fudge everything up..
