Our house was a bungalow. The upstairs has been converted. It's surprisingly spacious for a converted attic, and now holds three bedrooms and a bathroom.
I'm in the middle bedroom: the one without an end wall. So instead I have a massive roof window. http://www.velux.ie/Products/RoofWindowSystem/.htm?pid=H002
Both this morning and yesterday morning, it was completely obscured by frost. It was a white world out there.
After one of the warmest Octobers on record, it's suddenly gone chilly.
TRiG.
