We have an escalation procedure in place to deal with this kind of thing - it works through the complaints system, and is a way of getting the attention of BBC staff members who can handle emergency issues or alerts.

If you (or anyone else) see a posting, article or personal space that contains information that concerns you, please use the complaints button to alert the moderators. They will then take appropriate action (which can include contacting the h2g2 editorial team, as well as the central community team and BBC security, if necessary).

You could, in addition, contact the h2g2 Editorial team through one of their email addresses, but this wouldn't provoke an immediate reaction, as they work office hours Monday to Friday.

The moderators and the escalation procedure are there at all times, 24 hours a day, seven days a week throughout the year, so if you're genuinely concerned please do alert the problem via the complaints system and someone will investigate and take action.
