I'm afraid you can't. I can do it because I designed the system that h2g2 runs on, and I still run the technical team that keeps it going, so the photos are a privilege.
It's possible that we'll add photo uploading as a feature in the future, but that's heavily dependent on BBC Editorial Policy letting us do it and funding the necessary moderation, so it's not a cast-iron certainty.
