Hi Jim,
Can you please do me a small favour. Something is driving me nuts.
I accidently set up 8 user pages all called "Testing Too" a while back, where I kept hitting submit instead of preview. Can you please delete them all for me. It's just making my damn page look so untidy

BTW how long now until we get password access, as I want to add the odd bit here and there when I'm at work. And on another note, why did you have to advertise a new job at h2g2 (c++ programmer) a few days AFTER I'd just formally accepted another job. Damn bad timing on my part I guess

I'm going to be working on financial database systems, so the odd bit of light relief would be welcome.

It's a shame about the C++ job - did you know I had *no* response at all to that message on the frontpage. It surprised me.

Give me a few years to learn C++, and become old enough to move to London (or wherever) and I'm your man!.... (hey, i can 'hope' can't I?)

Sorry for late reply, but I've just moved to York to work in my NEW DAMN JOB!!!
Still, however interesting h2g2 is I don't think I could go back to C++ now I work in the wonderful world of Delphi. Especially not visual c with all that C_THIS_FUNCTION_NAME_IS_LIKE_REALLY_LONG stuff going on in the MFC. On the other hand I'd kill to use { } instead of begin...end all the freaking time
Honestly though, I mean it about the shockwave and stuff. I was paid to do it for two years by the Beeb, so it would be a shame if it just dropped out of my brain through neglect. Offer stands.
If you're still looking in six months I may come a knock-knock-knocking on your door.
