At least your ISP updates it's service page. Since Freeserve was floated they have not bothered unless it is a really really minor problem becuase they figure bad performance will effect the share price. I did complain but got a "go away. There's nothing wrong and I am sure you realise we are very busy fixing those things that aren't wrong" kind of letter.

Well, Ginger, you should check out Screaming.net - Free=Popular=Slow!
IE5 frequently times out after 5 minutes trying to load H2G2 pages, and the service cuts off after 2 hours whether you are using it or not...
(Sad, but it's all I can afford at the moment...)
