Hi Jim,
I'm sure you're already aware of this, but you may want to check out a story "Bug turns server into door", Page 29, PCW, September 1999 (this month's issue, the one with the DNA interview.)
I tried to find a URL at Microsoft's site to point you at but couldn't find one using their search. I presume this is a point they don't want to advertise too readily right now.
I feel I'd be a bit lax in my role as Researcher if I didn't mention this, especially after you told me what software you use.
