How can I put photos of my lovely children on my page like you have?

You can't, yet. The pictures are stored internally on our servers, and only h2g2 staff have the ability to create them. We're hoping at some stage to offer limited graphic uploading (possibly to our volunteers first) but at the moment we don't have the storage.
