Sorry for the delayed response. There have been certain CSR's who have been caught cutting calls. The meeting was to inform everyone that the TL's, Roy and Karen will be running short call reports and any offenders may be found down the dole queue!!
Back to more pleasant matters, I can get time off at any time to sort out my housing crisis. Karen is a god-send at times.
