Because I drink far too much from morning to night so I decided that I needed to stop.

I hope you can stick with it. Drink is lovely if you can handle it, but it sounds as if you would be better without it. It is like so many things, difficult to have just one! I am like that with so I just don't buy any - it's the only way I can control it.

makes me miserable and depressed so I have never bothered with it much, but food, well that's another matter especially in the winter
