Heh... My therapist used to be Mr. Paper. I'd write everything down, then I could just throw my problems away. Now they get posted so the entire cyberworld sees. smiley - winkeye

Uhm... What does that do for doctor/patient confidentiality? smiley - winkeye

now I never did that ... lists I do ... shopping lists that I leave at home and then rely on my memory of the list ... which always proves to be very different ... but then I end up buying what I probably wanted really and somehow I always manage without the things I wrote down.

... and lists of things to do ... daily I jot down stuff to do ... when completed I cross them off ... I hardly ever complete a list of things to do ... I guess I could write shorter lists or cross things off anyway.

as for posting problems in cyberworld ... a trouble shared and all that smiley - smiley ok in this case a trouble shared = 173 possible solutions and helpful suggestions leading to confusion and more problems.
