If the chain has reached you, check out Quiznos sandwiches. Subway recently started emulating Quiznos, by serving some of their sandwiches toasted. Quiznos has a great Angus beef sandwich and their bread is a lot more substantial than Subway's.

OK, thanks. I did try Quizno's once and didn't care for it, altho I don't remember what I had. But I should probably give them another chance. I generally stay with the cold subs, e.g. roast beef on wheat with lettuce, tomato, pepper rings, onion and vinegar - no mayo, cheese or oil. Pretty simple and low fat.
