oh we love her in this house! I mean not only gorgeous (which is secondary) but brilliant. And has held her own in a man's world without making a (ahem) song and dance about it - she just goes on being fantastic.
We saw her once at the Rock am Ring, it was a most excellent year (including Richie Havens) but she really stood out as someone who stopped the (mostly young) crowd in it's tracks on Saturday afternoon.

Many years ago, I was in store and heard a song on the ceiling speakers. I had to go ask the clerk what song it was (the first and last time that ever happened). It was "Give It Up" by Bonnie Raitt, the first I had heard of her and still my favorite song.

we just never hear enough of her - and I only have the one CD - even though we all like her (my Gruesomes are only 9 and 11 so it's not bad)
but I never remember to buy another one.
We have Luck of the Draw (pretty obvious, I guess)
can you recommend another?

"Luck of the Draw" has one of my faves on it, "Papa Come Quick". I've always preferred the up tempo songs, especially the humorous. I got kind of discouraged with the later CD's, too many slow songs, I even called it "Bonnie Raitt's disease" and saw it in other favorite acts. But that's just my preference, you might try the "Best Of" at Amazon:

Eighteen songs for $11 is not bad, plus MP3 downloads for $1, or an MP3 album download for $9.
I've also got a couple of videos, this one is pretty good:

105 minutes with some other good guest performers.
