The Alomian Institute comes from the 'infinate monkeys' idea. Where if you stick an infinate number of primates to a type writer, they will eventually come out with the complete works of shakespere.

This obviously takes less monkeys and less time than we would like to admit.

Thanks, I see where you are coming from now.

I had read about a programme which has been developed to guage the information content of a language. It has been used on such creatures as dolphins and various birds with humans topping the league with a significant variation between different tongues. It was developed initially for S.E.T.I.'s use.

This made me think of the programme I suggested, where vast tracks of cyber information could be chaotically married together and tested for coherence potential, thereby coming up with associations beyond human capability.

Perhaps this is an idea one might have a go at sometime in the future.

As for myself, I'll have to think of a storyline in which to incorporate it, which may not be possible for me.

However it be may be possible for you if you are interested by the notion.

Keep writing,

Les.

Be careful, I dunno if you know much about Warhammer 40,000. But as part of their background a device known as the 'standard template construct' was used to speed up a space race.

The machine could churn out any design of vehicle or device in order to suit the required fields entered into the machine.

You are onto something good about what you are saying, and I have no doubt that you will be able to do something with that.

Ideas just need to brew for a little sometimes!
