well, you surprised me. and as you were the first, can i ask you a question or two?
ive written the story. its undergone a few rewrites, but what doesnt? my problem is, what do i do with it? its neither one thing or another, at the moment its just a narrative. it isnt a story as such, but it is a story, a factual diaglogue. a monologue.
call me innocent; but how on earth do i lay out a screenplay. what is required, and wanted? oh, i can tell the story, and i have to many a surprised group. im terrified of plaigarism. my story, unique as it is, is totally different from anything i have ever read, heard about or seen, and ive done my fair share of all three. its like learning another language. Dos was easier to comprehend. ifno then goto.
where can i find a glossary of technical terms? whats a logline? bugger writers block; this is writers shock. i cannot make sense of how do do it. all i want, is some examples, clear consise easily understood, and in a language i recognise as English!
thanks for your time;
fivetoze.

No story can be totally different from anything that has been written before. Any story written without reference to actual existing text is likely to be plaigaristic. You are not writing for profit anyway. This is a site for amateurs, who only wish to have SOMEONE read their stories and hopfully provide a little advice and encouragement.

I have never written a script, but, there is a specific heading for that and I suggest you read a few of the titles under it. Although I have not done this myself I am sure the submissions will be in script form.
Sorry I misunderstood your piece. I thought it was a teaser for what is to come.
Cheers.
Les.
