I Have made my first batch of elderflower champagne, and put it into plastic bottles, i have been letting some gas out so they dont explode, but they seem to have gone flat, no bubbles, but are still getting hard, i dont want to let any more gas out. how do i re activate the fizz? if i put sugar in teaspoon by teaspoon would it work? Nan Cheshire
