I thought we'd be better off planning a meet here, rather than in the middle of the beer-glass-size conversation. Not that there's anything wrong with glasses, you understand. Quite fond of them, I am.

Anyway. Sometime before 20 February would suit me. Outside office hours is good too. You can pick the date, then we'll work on a venue, and then we'll work out how to recognise each other ...

I have no idea if other Canberra-based researchers are all that active on this site; I certainly haven't met one online. Shall we go looking? The list on the Aus/NZ researchers page is out of date, but it could be a good start. A couple of them appear to be under-age, though.

Sometime before 20th feb would be perfect. After I'll be too busy packing up my life and piling it into the back of the car.

I'm really not fussed about the exact date, but the valentines day weekend looks good - perfect for forgetting my sad single state :D

I'll have a hunt for other canberra researchers, or perhaps we can post a big memo or something.

If you want to see a pic of me, I'll post one somewhere that doesn't involve complex directions.

And anywhere in civic is a good venue - I'm a northsider so it's a nice central location.
