The DAFNE stuff started out well for a week or two, went downhill quite a bit for a few weeks and now is back on the upswing again.
I think it was the thing about going from theory in the classroom to practice in the real world. It's much harder than I thought it would be.
It's still a case of watching what I eat and drink but I'm getting a better handle on it I think and my numbers have been much better in the last week than they have been for a while.
How's things going for you?

Short to pieces by going home for Christmas(low rather than high)Flight back put things in the stratosphere again but today is a good day.
