h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Lil wakens and carries her young son to the bed and places him securely under the covers and kisses him lightly on his cheek..she looks at his face...his delicate features..his tiny ears..beautiful..and yet so much like his father in appearance...Lil shudders at the memory of Brena.


She wanders about the room.. the door is firmly locked...no matter what she did..she could not open it. She looked out of the windows... but she could not see anything...except the room she is in, is high above the clouds. Yet the room is not cold.

*Through another door leading from the bedroom..lil finds the bathroom. She enters and washes. For the first time in months she sees her own reflection and is shocked! How much she has changed..she looks haunted.. almost frightened! This is not the woman who first met Ena! The woman who fought at her side and protected her until they reached this Realm!*



*Lil attempts to shapeshift.. but instead is hit be a sudden pain near her heart.....*


Ena.....you need me.......Ena let me out....let me come to you! </>


*lil weeps quietly in the bathroom...not wanting to waken her son*

*Rin wakes, he seems lost and confused.*
Mummy? Mummy I think Aunty Ena needs us

*shifts back into her leather stalking outfit. Grabs her son and attempts to transport them both*


*It will not work. The magic surrounding the room is too strong*



*Runs through to the bathroom. Tries to transport again...... and comes back. The magic is not as strong here, but still she cannot get out!*


Ena... what have you done?.... I cannot even reach you! Khamsin my friend... I hope you are watching and taking care of her

*sits down suddenly*
She is dead, I feel it

*looks at Rin and realises he has grown rapidly! He now appears to be about 12 years old...he looks older and wiser as he sits dispondently on the couch*


Yes...I feel she is... *lil said quietly*

We must look for away out of here... Ena put a spell on the place.. I do not know if it is real or a spell on reality made by Ena.. this place could disappear in a flash!

Rin I don't know what will happen to us.....

I know, we need him. Brena has her, in his body of gravesoil, he needs me to complete himself so he will come for us. All we have to do is wait

*Brena enters with Yuna behind him, gravesoil is falling from him and the stench of decay is evident, he sees lil and the now 12-year-old Rin*
~Rin stands up and moves to lil~

*Yuna enters with brena in front of her.*

Brena......what is SHE doing with Rin?

SHE IS OF NO CONSEQUENCE, WE HAVE COME FOR HIM

*I step back and put my head down in understandment.*

Mum, don't worry. I won't let them harm you, they wouldn't risk harming me
YUNA, SEIZE HIM!

*I run over to the boy and grab hold of him, I take him over to Brena, he is struggling to get away but my grip is too strong.*

~rin sinks his teeth into Yuna's arm~

*I scream and backhand Rin round the face and he goes flying yards in front of me until he hits the floor.*

~rin lies still, waiting~

*BRENA WALKS OVER TO YUNA AND GRABS HER CHIN*
WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU ARE DOING, WE NEED HIS UNDAMAMGED!

*I look at him, scared of what he is capable of doing.*

*lil was standing in the recesses window and the heavy drapes kept her from view. She sees Yuna hit her son and flies out in fury to defend him*


*Grabs Rin and holds him behind herself*


You touch him again.. and it will be the last thing you ever do *hissed*

Look at the monstrosity you bring with you... Master? Hah!

*With cold eyes she watches her enemies standing in front of her. There is nowhere for her to turn... no way out...she is locked in Hell with these two and her son*
