Good to see you're fighting fit again, I hope, and again thanks for the recent crit-eek. Really touched me. Have been seriously thinking about that shuffling through old cobwebby works and turfing them to the glen for sure. Make a nice little roaring fire out of them!

I've read two of your last three pieces and will post comment later. I like to think of certain works first for a wee while then come back to them.

"Shuffling through cobwebby works" - great idea Jen but whatever you do don't burn anything except maybe your bra. Put 'em on-screen and set those little blighters on fire anew with that stirring Irish imagination of yours and your special knack for the beautiful turn of phrase (but easy on those compound adjectives - use 'em like mustard - only old Dylan the T. could get way with mustard sandwiches y'know).
Just off to my French conversation class - run by the godess who enjoys fishing for old trout!

I didn't expect to find you in here! I'm just catching up o some messages and relies plus doing a very few lot of reviews. Left comments on 'Love Letter' for you. What agreat piece, hope I wasn't too OTT with what I said there!

Actually, I;m meant to be doing 'Book Reviews' which are due for 9am, have some done but decided to take a wee stroll into the GW cupboard and repaya few favours. I'm afraid last night (Wednes) was too busy chatting and having fun with the usual suspects in the 'Purple Park Patio' and elsewhere and got NO work done! Typical!

Glad to hear you're on the mend and Ican tell when you mention 'burning bras' and 'mustard sandwiches' in the same paragraph!
No worries there, my dear as I keep abreast of things and don't like mustard!

So, tell me, did you catch anything at the 'French class' yesterday, mon cherie? Just hope you weren't squirming in your net and feeling like a tadpole...
