I am just writing to say that, although you only welcomed me a fortnight ago, I am in my second incarnation on h2g2 and have applied to become an ACE. I was wondering how long the people usually take to transform applicants into ACEs. Also, I'm glad you liked my nickname. Funnily enough, haven't heard from that Jeremy bloke since I changed my nick.

Well 2 tell you the truth I don't know 4 sure!
I became an Ace the second I applied, but then again, it was soon after DNA's passing, and I was already doing much work welcoming the tons of newcomers, as an Angel, and the Aces had already spotted me.
But I think you will become soon enought, don't worry.
What happened 2 your old self? lost the password?
