he is overwhelming, and sometimes I worry so much, I may have caused him pain in later life as he is A20701496 . Well he is hypermobile, the pysio assures me that because it has been found ealry he will not end up in pain

You shouldn't beat yourself up about it. At least they know what they are dealing with now.
Years ago, it was dealt with as 'growing pains' and then early arthritis.
You have found it early and he will be monitored fully.
